I've been a dental hygienist since 2001, with experience in both general dentistry and periodontal specialty care. After years in clinical hygiene, I saw an opportunity to create something different - a staffing and consulting agency built around relationships, professionalism, and genuinely caring about the people behind the practice. 

Dream Team was created in 2014 with a simple goal: help dental offices find exceptional hygeinists while helping hygienists create more flexibility and fulfillment in their careers.
